RETURNING YOUR GOODS

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return or exchange an item, so below are our instructions how to do this.

We regret that products purchased through this site cannot be returned to our distributors, only to Brady Bags at the address below. Items bought in a Brady Bags distributor cannot be returned to Brady Bags Online or exchanged for any items in the Online store. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with.

Please ensure all items are returned to us unused and in their original condition and packaging - failure to do so may result in our being unable to accept a return.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND

  1. Contact customer services on +44 (0)1922 721213 within 7 days of receipt of your goods stating your original order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. You will receive a returns number by email.
  3. Complete the returns form.
  4. Returned items must reach us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  5. Send the item(s) back to us at the address on the returns form, preferably in the original packaging or a suitable replacement. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post from the UK or a registered delivery service.
  6. Please note that returning items will be at your expense.
  7. Items must be returned to us in their original condition.
  8. All refunds will be credited to your Debit/Credit card within 30 working days of our receiving the item.
  9. Credit will be for the purchase price, excluding delivery costs.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will be in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, we will contact you by email or telephone and let you know. You will be given the option to exchange for another item or receive a refund where applicable.

  1. Contact customer services at on +44 (0)1922 721213 within 7 days of receipt of your goods stating your original order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the style, colour and size of the product you would like.
  2. You will receive a returns number by email.
  3. Complete the returns form ensuring all the correct information that is required is included.
  4. Send the item(s) back to us at the address on the returns form, preferably in the original packaging or a suitable replacement. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post from the UK or a registered delivery service.
  5. Please note that returning items will be at your expense, however the cost of sending the exchanged item(s) out will be met by us.
  6. Subsequent exchanges could require additional packaging costs.
  7. All items must be returned to us must be in their original condition.

ERROR BY BRADY BAGS / PROBLEM GOODS

  1. Contact customer services at on +44 (0)1922 721213 clearly explaining the fault and stating your original order number.
  2. You will receive a returns number by email.
  3. Complete the returns form ensuring all the correct information that is required is included, including the reason for return stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange and the problem with the item being returned.
  4. Send the item(s) back to us at the address on the returns form, preferably in the original packaging or a suitable replacement. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post from the UK or a registered delivery service.
  5. If you are returning the product because of an error on our part, we will be happy to refund you the costs involved in sending the item back to us as well as your original postage costs.
  6. You will receive confirmation via email upon receipt of the product by us.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

If you are contracting with us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time within 7 working days of receipt of the goods you ordered. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods, in accordance with our refunds policy.

To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing and return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received it, and at your own cost and risk. Full details of how to exercise your rights under the Regulations are set out in the despatch notification email.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund on the goods only but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
